Currently you have to do review you want to send to the agent by writing into the prompt window.
It would be nicer if you could set the editor into review mode, allowing you to write a comment under lines of code.
The reviews could then be sent to the agent with surrounding code context for processing.
This mode could be used for code review in ticket/pr systems as well.
