Interface zoom level ought not to be stored per-organisation

It appears that the text size/zoom level on Zulip available in the personal settings menu (see below) is saved online per-organisation, and is therefore used whenever that organisation is viewed on any computer. However, the different computers that Zulip is used on may have different resolutions: this means that every time I use Zulip on one computer (e.g. work), I need to make the text larger, and then I need to revert the settings whenever I switch back to using a different computer (e.g. personal). This is very annoying.

This can also be a problem even when using a single device: e.g., the web version of Zulip can look better with a different font size than the desktop version, but because the setting is per-organisation, the setting must be changed when switching between the two.

Description
Currently, the text size (or zoom level) configured in Zulip’s Personal Settings is stored online per-organization. This means the same text size setting is applied universally whenever that organization is opened — regardless of the device or browser used.

This creates usability issues in multi-device setups:
-On a high-resolution work monitor, users may prefer a larger text size.
-On a smaller personal laptop, the same setting makes the interface appear too large.
-Users must manually adjust the text size each time they switch devices.
-Even on the same device, this can cause inconvenience:
-The web version and desktop version may look better with different zoom levels, but since the setting is global per-organization, the user must keep toggling between preferred values.

Benefits
-Improves accessibility and usability across multiple devices
-Allows users to have device-specific preferences without constant manual adjustment
-Provides a smoother experience between web and desktop versions

Suggested Implementation
-Store text size/zoom level locally (per-device) instead of per-organization
-Maintain the setting in browser local storage or app-specific local configuration files
-allow a global override in user preferences for those who prefer consistent zoom everywhere
