How do I bind Ctrl-/ to comment/uncomment a line?

"Alt-/": "lua:comment.comment", -- works

"Ctrl-/": "lua:comment.comment", --does not work

You can use the raw command to check what event (if any) micro gets when you press it. It may vary a bit depending on your environment (operating system, keyboard layout, etc).

I'm new to micro but I guess it isn't Ctrl-E raw because it didn't seem to do anything.

oh I realized that was correct, but Windows Terminal does not send it over for some odd reason.

For now I can just adapt Alt-/ to toggle my comments on Windows.
