Description of the Change

This PR makes sure that the cache_results always set to true

Closes #4206

How to test the Change

  1. Enable Protected Content.
  2. Search for posts in the admin panel.
  3. Ensure that the number of queries is lower than the default WordPress query count

Changelog Entry

Fixed - Ensure that WordPress caches the meta and term queries.
