I think this should also probably be ItsLiveCrop now.

This is used for the metadata step (STAC JSON, premet and spatial files) of the autorift and crop jobs. The actual cropping is in the autorift step beforehand for the ITS_LIVE_CROP job.
So I think it's fine to leave this as ItsLiveMeta, especially with the changes adding Bulk to the new compute environments.
