Final step to add ai metadata generation to production

Tests and Examples

PR Request generation:

• Runs when a PR is opened with files that are valid: [AI TEST - DO NOT MERGE] PR request for all types of files adp-devsite-github-actions-test#59

Initial Metadata Generation:

• Runs manually for all files in a specified folder path: [AI PR] Metadata Update: Generated metadata for documentation files adp-devsite-github-actions-test#77

Nightly Refresh:

• Runs manually or at a set time every night will generate metadata for changed files since last commit as a PR: [AI PR] Metadata Update: Generated metadata for documentation files adp-devsite-github-actions-test#78
