Improves the UI and behavior of agent session hover widgets: - Use provider icons instead of provider labels in hover headers for better visual consistency with the main sessions list - Reorganize header details row to show provider icon • duration/time • diff stats • status (only if not completed). This makes the layout more compact and consistent with the list view - Only show status badge in completed sessions to reduce visual clutter - Fix hover widget layout refresh when displayed again without re-rendering to improve performance - Limit hover rendering to in-progress or unread sessions to avoid expensive rendering for completed read sessions (Commit message generated by Copilot)

Fix #274430 We are applying line-height and font-size in an inconsistent way based on ems that leads to these being rendered differently when they are running vs complete. This tries to align them, but it's quite complicated due to tons of overlapping css rules.
