Gwtp 2.x jakarta namespace

Done for 2.x Branch:

• gin update
• switched to jakarta namespace
• gwt update to 2.12.1
• java requirement set to 11
• required changes done
• checkstyle config for new checkstyle version included
• checkstyle warnings fixed
• all other dependencies updated
• disabled gwtp-version check by default (page doesn't exist anymore)
• removed unused imports
• javadoc fixes

I trying to get our project (Java, Spring boot, GWT) to latest version. It would be good, although, there might be still some issues with Gin/Dagger, to have jakarta everywhere, but gwtp is currently blocking me.

Thank you @ManfredTremmel for doing this branch, so I was wondering when this would be merged OR if I can get this project to build on my own until I find alternative :-(

I've released my version in my own namespace. If you are blocked in your migration, take a look at de.knightsoft-net:gwtp:1.7
