Note have switched name-matching to GBIF for now
#265) Previously this behaviour depended on a test for > 1 filter query; but with `identify()` this was not triggered despite modifying the same query field (fq). Test added using this issue as basis to `test-atlas_counts.R`
* `all_fields` argument works, but full implementation may include add `select.metadata_request` functionality
* Atlas not currently operational with galah * Tests commented out until atlas is switched on in galah again
