- Updated Expected Duration of Planning Zoning from 20 Business Days to 30
- Change all instances of “Zoning Review“ to “Zoning Appeal“
- Ignored "Intake and Payment" issues as requested

- Changed "zoning review" to "zoning appeal" in data parsing layer
- Changed application logic to always select the last milestone with a non-null expected duration has the displayed duration - Removed Intake and Payment Target Duration to accomodate new requirements
