there is a "Process.h" in the winapi, so on windows this includes an entirely unneeded windows API header and on linux it simply fails
and assorted other adjustments appertaining thereto
incidentally also reenable using `fpause` during worldgen

Core is altogether too large and contains too many only vaguely related parts - this PR is an attempt to make it more tractable
