Esp32 fixes

• Fixed a sizeof() data payload bug that was present in ronaldstoner's original ESP32 port
• Added two new modes to the ESP32 Arduino sketch (Transfer number and setup new phone) to the case clause that were represented in the data payload definitions but not the case itself.
• Included esp32 sizeof() fix in my own M5Stick Implementation
• Additional improvements to the m5stick implementation
