This PR aims to implement three changes:
"refactor: update dependencies" updates all dependencies, via npm-check, available on 2022-05-26
"refactor: change console.log for default nest logger" replaces all mentions of the classic "console.log" with a local instance of the NestJS default logger and implements the pattern [suggested in NestJS documentation](https://docs.nestjs.com /techniques/logger)
"style: prettier automatic changes" has only automatic changes made by prettier and eslint, with no functionality modification
