This notebook has now been updated to use the new API, I removed all the old experiments which are by now outdated. |

This version relies on the latest git version of stam-python (and stam-rust), both have not been released yet.
I adapted the code to work without IDs, besides that there are no other functional changes to the modelling.
I also removed aliases as they were confusing me.
I might amend this PR with some more commits later (so no rush to merge).
