This PR copies the certificate component into the v2 folder and adds integration tests.
To run the integration tests properly, a hosted zone must be created and DNS delegation configured for it.
Additionally, the
DOMAIN_NAMEandHOSTED_ZONE_NAMEenvironment variables need to be provided.
