A secure, offline TOTP (Time-based One-Time Password) generator for two-factor authentication and identity verification.
This TOTP generator helps you stay secure in the age of deepfakes and AI-generated content. Create shared secret codes with people you trust to verify each other's identity during online communications.

- Completely Offline - All calculations performed locally in your browser
- Privacy First - No data transmitted to any server or stored
- Web Crypto API - Uses native browser cryptography
- Customizable Parameters:
- Algorithms: SHA-1, SHA-256, SHA-512
- Code length: 6-10 digits
- Period: 10-60 seconds
- QR Code Generation - Quick setup via QR code scanning
- Random Generation - Generate random secrets, labels, and service names
- Multiple Codes - Create different codes for various purposes
- Enter secret key (Base32 format) or generate a new one with 🎲
- Configure parameters if different from standard (6 digits, 30 seconds, SHA-1)
- Specify Label and Service to identify the account, or generate random ones 🎲
- Copy TOTP code 📋 or scan the QR code with an authenticator app
Create a shared secret code with someone you trust. When communicating online (messages, calls, or video), compare the current codes to verify each other's identity. If they match, you're talking to the real person.
Use meaningful Labels and Services to organize codes for:
- Business partners
- Family members
- Colleagues
- Friends
- Different services and accounts
Each shared secret serves as a unique authentication channel.
- HTML5
- CSS3 (Grid Layout)
- Vanilla JavaScript
- Web Crypto API
- QRious - QR code generation
