I added a script,
Config/generateConstantsFile.js, that will fetch the constants library file from the Screeps main repository, then parse that file and use it to generate a newGlobal/Constants.jsfile.The script doesn't replace
Global/Constants.js, it just dumps the file contents to stdout. I'm unsure what level of automation would be desired, so I figured it would be best to at least generate the contents and let you decide on the details of the automation.
