THe -Q option now lists the modifiers, and +z only allowed in psbarb. THe docs shows -Q modifiers under the -Q option and not a separate section.

The -Q option now lists the modifiers, with +z only allowed in psbarb. The docs shows -Q modifiers under the -Q option and not a separate section. The layout is now more like other GMT modules.
