This PR allows to retrieve an OpenAI thread instead of creating a new one on each session.
Adding the key:
OPENAI_CHANNEL_THREADS=trueto .env file enables the feature.If no thread exists, it is created and saved in the channel metadata with key "openaiThreadId", else it is retrieved.
