This pull request introduces automated dependency management for the project by adding a Dependabot configuration. This ensures that both npm and NuGet dependencies will be checked and updated on a weekly basis.
Dependency management automation:
.github/dependabot.ymlto enable weekly version updates for both npm and NuGet package ecosystems.
