Installation via HACS (Recommended)

The easiest way is to use HACS (Home Assistant Community Store).

Automatic Installation

Click this button to open the repository directly in HACS:

Manual Installation via HACS

If the automatic button doesn't work, follow these steps:

1. Open HACS (Home Assistant Community Store)
2. Search for Petkit in the integrations list
3. Install the integration
4. Restart Home Assistant
5. After restart, you should see the Petkit integration available in: Settings → Devices & Services → Add Integration → search for Petkit

Manual Installation (without HACS)

If you don't want to use HACS, you can install the integration manually:

1. Download the latest version from GitHub releases
2. Extract the archive
3. Copy the custom_components/petkit folder to your Home Assistant custom_components folder
4. Restart Home Assistant
5. After restart, you should see the Petkit integration available in: Settings → Devices & Services → Add Integration → search for Petkit
