AdvancedImportOptionsTest is referenced in windowsPg.txt
Need to remove references in ImportFolderPage and StartImportPage. Likely not used right now, but shouldn't leave these behind.

Code changes look good. Obviously, important test builds & suites are failing in this branch. Maybe it just needs a merge from develop. Note that the naming of this FB is different from the platform FB name, so they won't run together.
