Update: Merging changes of validate_error_messages.py to work using python3 to windows branch

• Change validate_error_messages.py

Description

Updated scripts that did not work with python 3, all of our python scripts work with python 3 except for the one updated in this commit, we do not even ask for python2 to be installed for the product to work.
