Added: LockToHelmDuringTrials menu-entry swap

Hides cargo hold options while in a Barracuda Trial and at helm, preventing unintended stop-nav when setting/trimming sails.
Adds config information to the README, as well as missing information for HideStopNavigatingDuringTrials

That was quick and easy to do. I will add to this soon to include non-navigational facilities, but for now I think this is a good start. My biggest problem was clicking through the sail when setting/trimming and clicking cargo hold instead.

This is now complete - With this config enabled, all non-Wind Facilities are de-prioritized while the following criteria is met:

• Player is in a Barracuda Trial, AND
• Player is at the helm of their ship.

Interacting with the wind facilitates doesn't force you away from the helm, unlike the other facilities. Players can click their catcher/extractor to activate their effects, or use the Sailing menu. Players can always right-click helm/other facilities to access the de-prioritized interactions during a trial. No more botched trials from clicking through the sail when setting/trimming 😄
