Changed selectpicker to unordered list to display all branches at once. Issue McLeopold#6 - Branch Selection as tree view
Refactored graph.html to include bootstrap-treeview for tree branch feature. Added client.js setTreeList function to add bootstrap-treeview compatibility. Issue McLeopold#6 - Branch Selection as tree view
SetTreeList now recursively loops through list of branches and saves to a custom object that is readable by bootstrap-treeview. graph.html branches button refactored into the navbar for readability. Issue McLeopold#6 - Branch Selection as tree view

Initial implementation for bootstrap-treeview for branches, to give branches a tree view drop down when clicking the "branches" button.
