This commit adds a actions step to get the list of patreons.
It gets a list of ALL patreons who have supported us, including those who have cancelled.
Because the patreon data does not include things like
urlthe script does a merge based on the patrons name.This allows us to add additional data to the
patreons.jsonfile (like url).Added a section to split out current and past patreons
