This branch extends the output layers of the NBM forcing option, so that liquid-water-fraction will be read from the source NBM files layer:precipitation-type (PTYPE) and will be processed and written to the output files. User needs to turn on the option
includeLQFraq = 1in the.configfile when the 'NBM' option is speficied as the input sorce (i.e.,InputForcings = [21]).The code has successfully passed a test on Derecho machine.
