어제 슬랙에서 논의 된 사항으로 자기소개 작성하지 않은 사용자도 보틀을 볼 수 있게 처리해야되는데
해당 부분은 웹 쪽이랑 같이 핸들링해야돼서 아직 추가 안했어!
