There were a number of tests in the EKS test suite that were doing actual deployments.
However, these were on a shared cluster, which means there was the (high) chance of conflicts between test runs.
I've moved these deployment tests to a new test fixture and execute these via a Kind cluster that's created specifically for the test suite.
