在 ConfigGroupAttribute 上写 source 参数以声明对全组生效的默认值，当配置项本身未声明 source 时将默认使用该值，逐级向上 fallback，最后 fallback 到
ConfigSource.Shared。此功能主要用于支持后期分离配置与状态存储。
顺便让 AI 改了点复用，已测试，应该没有问题。
