Anchorpelago

This is an unofficial build that merges current Develop which now includes Anchor with Archipelago. If you use this build DO NOT report any bugs to HM64 or Archi, unless you have tested and verified that the bug also happens on the regular Anchor or Archipelago branches. If you have any issues with this build specifically, you can reach out to me on Discord @itsheckinpat.

If you use the Shuffle Entrance option, it will not have ANY logical implication. Use this feature at your own risk. If you use it and run into issues, you can disable the option and create a new Archi save.

the patch link from zaphoyd/websocketpp#1068 (comment) didn't work for some reason, so i looked at the 1060 PR

the PR had 10 commits https://github.com/zaphoyd/websocketpp/pull/1060/commits, all but 2 of which seemed entirely unrelated to the cpp20 fix

so i manually pulled the changes from the 2 cpp 20 related commits:
* zaphoyd/websocketpp@9b7fdd5
* zaphoyd/websocketpp@0823cfe

i couldn't tell what version of valijson was in here, so i just fixed the error (it was the same as one of the errors websocketspp had)
… Not tested because I can't get the world to host yet :(
