- minimization for function with newton method and quasi-newton method
1. add minimization folder 2. add __init__.py file with headers
1. add test folder 2. add header content to __init__.py in test
fix style errors squashed
Merge pull request #3 from PeaWagon/jenworkbranch
1. Got Jen's functions for tests and bfgs 2. Merged quasi_newton with the algorithm and bff approximation method
Problems 1. bfgs don't work 2. quad2 in quasi-newton tests don't work
Test: 1. Broyden and quasi-newton Fix: 1. Fix quasi-newton so w/o hessian approx is newton-method
fix formatting errors fix more style errors fix import error
