As the title says, this PR forwards
copy_input(eig[h]_vals, A)tocopy_input(eig[h]_full, A). Presumably those definitions will generally be the same.I came across this while working on something related to #34,
copy_input(svd_vals, A)forwards tocopy_input(svd_full, A)(https://github.com/QuantumKitHub/MatrixAlgebraKit.jl/blob/v0.2.2/src/implementations/svd.jl#L7), so I was confused why the same thing wasn't happening foreig[h]_vals/eig[h]_full.
