Found some bugs while updating TiGL that require a little rethinking and decided to update and test TiGL more thoroughly and then reopen this PR. |

Updated TiGL with changes made in this PR in following branch. (I'd like to mention, so there is no confusion: CI in TIGL for this branch might not fully work right now: Currently the Tanks PR #1058 is being merged into it.) |

Checked the reference file, Code generator tests run locally now, too. |
