You can configure your agents to automatically respond to incoming Outlook emails by setting up Outlook as a trigger.

Warnings can't be multiple lines (any callout can't) and can't have bullet points. Please make this one paragraph and also make it read more like a sentence, e.g. don't have it start with 'Attachment Size Limit: ...'

Fixed

After setting up the Outlook trigger, it can take up to 30 minutes for the first email to come through to your agent. Subsequent emails should be processed more quickly, typically within a few minutes.

Same with accordions, don't believe lists are supported. Change to sentences here as well. I could be wrong about accordions so maybe get your tool to check

Fixed

Address PR feedback by removing bullet points and multi-line formatting
from the Warning callout and the large attachments FAQ accordion.
