This change is 100% backward compatible with the old way of specifying just one ACS, both from a configuration and from an API point of view. The generated metadata and AuthnRequest XMLs are also exactly the same as before when just one ACS is specified with non-indexed properties. Fixes SAML-Toolkits#328.

There are clearly some overlaps with #307 and #367, at least on the settings builder (but also on
MetadataandAuthnRequest). When and if one of these gets merged I will have to rebase the other ones to avoid conflicts.Fixes #328.
