This is the development we've made so far regarding the implementation of the display of KML super-overlays.
The request is divided into two parts (two commits). The first one is the add of a new parser and layer for kml file. The second one is an example of a globe with a KMLLayer and no visible base imagery so the KMLLayer can be seen as the base imagery.
