About the PR
Some items were white without a proper color slider (white loincloth for example), so I gave them color sliders.
Removed the job blocks on some clothing items. Some items work very well with command clothing, such as the turtleskirt.
Why / Balance
With how customizable characters are, it makes sense that command roles should be given the same freedom with uniforms (to an extent. Purple kimono for the mysta? Great. Rainbow jumpsuit for the captain? Probably not.)
