Why / Balance

Paramedics were too often doing chemistry when they shouldn't.
Senior physicians were guilty of the same thing as above hence moving chemistry access to emergency, also they were missing the emergency paramedic access that MD has.
Emergency janitorial access for service workers I saw being suggested in minor suggestions, seems like a good change.
Senior researchers were missing emergency roboticist access for some reason.
Senior security officers having access to det stuff on low pop seems reasonable.

• tweak: Senior physicians now also get emergency paramedic access just like how MD's do.
• tweak: The service worker job now gets emergency janitorial access.
• tweak: Senior researchers now get emergency roboticist access just like normal scientists do.
