Issue - TypeError: unsupported type for timedelta hours component: str
Fix - passing .value instead of .name for MountRefreshTime.fast
Addendum - Looking through the readme at "ENABLE_METADATA=true unlocks refresh speed 'instant'" there appears to be something amiss since app.py prints a warning against enabling metadata and using instant refresh while overriding to fast refresh. Is this a matter of the readme needing tweaked?
