Rückwärtskompatibilität ist für das CEN SIRI Gremium ein wichtiger Punkt bei der Akzeptanz von Änderungen. Um möglichst wenige unnötige Diskussionspunkte zu haben, soll die erzeugte Inkompatibilität des Elements CountryRef zurückgenommen werden.
Das CountryRef Element soll wieder Country heißen.
