Suggestion for the text rework: put the facilities as a comma separated list in parenthesis, e.g.

Alternatively we can build a dedicated facility that will provide separate quarters to our engineers (Workshop, F2, F3)

This should provide a scalable way for multi-facility setups without destroying the conciseness/cleanness of the main use case (1 per each)
