Provides an initial method for resolving hold time violations on ArrayBuilder designs. Contains three main portions. First, a heuristic method is used to determine candidates for violating hold time constraints. Second, LUT routeThrus are added on these identified candidate nets. Finally, a modified partial router is introduced and use to reroute the candidate connections to use slower nodes (based on IntentCode).
Improved detection of candidates for violating hold time constraints could be done with a clock skew model.
