Code Review

This pull request correctly removes an unnecessary dependency, quarkus-langchain4j-mcp-deployment, from the pom.xml file. Given that the Quarkus Maven plugin is configured with <extensions>true</extensions>, the required deployment artifacts are handled automatically at build time. This change simplifies the build configuration and removes a redundant and confusing dependency declaration. The change is sound and improves the project's maintainability.
