This PR adds support for reading the Go version from
.tool-versionsfile through thego-version-fileinput parameter. Thego-version-fileparameter now accepts.tool-versionsin addition togo.modandgo.work. Updated the workflow to usemacos-latest-largeinstead ofmacos-13.Related issue:
