Hello maintainers!
When running the upload-artifact workflow in parallel (workflow with matrices), the
Error: Failed to CreateArtifact: Received non-retryable error: Failed request: (409) Conflict: an artifact with this name already exists on the workflow runis often encountered.I've looked into this to address this issue, however, it seems that it is likely that it might be necessary to introduce new error classes upstream in actions/toolkit:artifact to properly address this issue.
This PR is a hacky patch to fix it, but any guidance or suggestion on how to approach the fix would be appreciated.
