Support for Cloudlet Shared Policies

Update to search policy name when > 1000 policies

• When using policy name, API call only returns 1000 at a time, so added pagination calls to find policy #4
• Fixed exit code (-1) with failed activation #2

Initial release of Akamai CLI for Cloudlets

Initial release functionality:

• List all cloudlet policies
• List all cloudlet policies (search by name and/or cloudlet-type)
• Retrieve cloudlet policy version rules
• Update policy version rules
• Activate policy version to staging or production network
• Create a cloudlet policy
• Clone a cloudlet policy (from an existing one)
