Allow coverage to check for every class that are sharing the same file

Hi,

I like your tool, but I had an issue with python checking.

It won't parse everything that would be in the same file because it produces an xml per class instead of an xml per file.

So I changed the parsing a bit so it would read all compound from a unique file without altering the current behavior
