It may be worth making a PR for this on the https://github.com/apache/xerces-j repository. For some reason ASF have two repos for xerces. See https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/XERCESJ-1766

XSComplexTypeDecl::setValues does currently not update the "fName" field
