Bumped version number to 0.4.5.
This is done to defer the build error seen in https://github.com/karnov/amp/pull/3200, where mac version is not building drafter extension to //redsnow/ext/drafter/build/out/Release/libdrafter.dylib, but instead to /redsnow/ext/drafter/build/out/Release/libdrafter.so
